Following 8 Parameters must need to follow to any Network Marketing Company or Direct Selling Company.

1. Product Must : Company should have product to sell.
2. Commission Sharing : Commission must paid on Product sales not on any registration, recruitment or entry fee.
3. Product Sale Intention : The intention must to be to sell the product not do a recruitment.
4. Number of Recruits and Compensation : There must be direct correlation between the number of recruits and compensation.
5. Recruitment / Addition Stop : If  recruitment of people will stop today then participant will still make the money.
6. Product Return Policy : Company must have policy of product return if consumer want to return the product.
7. Product must have Fair market Value : Product must have same MRP, Cost or Price as in the market. 
8. Reason to buy the Product : Is there any attractive reason for a consumer to buy the product, product must be useful.
